Otobusu tika basa doldururlar, her el kaldirana dururlar, 2 saatlik yolu 3.5 saatte alirlar her sey bunlarda. Hic mi yetkili.birisi yok cikip iyilestirme yapacak anlamiyorum. Alanya'ya bagliyken de böyleydi, Antalya'ya bagliyken de boyle. LUTFEN BIR YETKILI BURALARI OKUYORSA BIR EL ATSIN ALLAH RIZASI ICIN. BIR DUZELTME FILAN YAPIN. MILLET UZAYA.GIDIYOR BIZ ANTALYA'YA.4 SAATTE GIDIYORUZ. DENETLEYIN CEZA KESIN. BISEY YAPIN
 It's so bad I can't explain. I've been coming and going to Antalya for 30 years. There is not a single improvement. They cram the bus, stop every time anyone raises a hand, take the 2-hour road in 3.5 hours, everything is here. I don't understand. There is no one authorized to come out and make improvements. It was like this when it was connected to Alanya, it was like that when it was connected to Antalya. PLEASE, IF AN AUTHORITY READS THIS, HELP ME FOR GOD'S SAKE. MAKE A FIX. NATION IS GOING TO SPACE WE ARE GOING TO ANTALYA IN 4 HOURS. INSPECT THE PENALTY. DO SOMETHING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10.02.2022 de istanbul Antalya arasi 2+1 ile seyahat ettim .Koluklar arasi 20 cm te düşürülmüş. 1.80 boyunda birinin sığmasi imkansız. Eksilen koltukların yerine, koltuk araları sıfıra doğru kısaltılmış. Yolculuk tam bir işkenceyle bitirdim. Bir daha asla seyahst etmem bu forma ıle. Koktuk arasını ölçen bır kurum yokmu
On 10.02.2022, I traveled between Istanbul and Antalya with 2+1. The distance between the armrests was reduced to 20 cm. It's impossible for a 1.80 tall person to fit in. Instead of the missing seats, the seats have been shortened to zero. I ended the trip with complete torture. I will never travel with this jersey again. Isn't there an institution that measures the coke gap?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reasonable price for Express Alanya to Antalya Airport, takes about 1 hour 45 minutes but they drop you off on tram station and you should take the tram to airport. They have small buses with 20 passenger capacity, clean and comfortable.

We have booked a transfer from our hotel to the airport and the Alanyalilar car did not come! It was crazy to see this lack of professionalism, we have spent more than 1h waiting for the driver, the kids were crying and scared we miss the flight.
Finally, a weird man, sleepy, in a dirty car came to drive us. He said "no problem", like it's normal to arrive late and to miss the flight! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY if you want to arrive on time. Alanyalilar IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff who are not friendly. I needed to ask a couple questions since their website is in Turkish to be able to cancel a ticket but they said they will not help me. Staff were unhelpful and did not care to resolve the issue. I asked him do you not want to help me and he shook his head no.
