His team first helped me with a rental property and after a few months that I decided to buy an apartment they fixed everything for me to get loan from bank with a very good mortgage interest rate.
Also they helped me with my residence permit. I recommend them.

My parents bought their property from EMR, 5 years ago. And last year I bough my property.
They helped me in Bank Mortgage, Residence Permit for me and my parents and Work Permit.
And their price was minimum along all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most honest Real Estate company I have known in Alanya. They are absolutely great in customer service, the price of their own service and they have more inexpensive price than others about the same properties.
Whatever you find in Alanya, if you ask EMR, they give you the same property for a less expensive price.
And on top of all of that, they establish a really close and productive relationship with you that covers all your needs as a new home owner in Alanya.
I just love them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really what can I say, if you're looking for someone to hold your hand and walk you across multiple streets so you don't get hit my the real estate train, EMR is the place you want to go to.
They will do more than help you find a place to purchase and live, they will help with everything that comes with getting settled in as well. I don't think my family would have had such a easy time if we went with another company as the people who make the team at EMR have all been so kind and welcoming.
They have team members that will suit anyones needs which made our lives that much easier when trying to learn the rules and understand the process of purchasing real estate. If your ever looking for real estate in and around Alanya I would strongly recommend EMR real estate.
