★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess it is the place where the professionals with great patience work.
Every time I go there, I see how immigration officers patiently explain what documents to add and what else to bring, and I always wonder why people can’t provide few documents required for the ikamet card.
I think it’s because not all of us the same and some extra help and attention from the officers towards those type of people only shows their professionalism, as I’ve mentioned before, and the willingness to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called, and asked if they speak English and I asked a few questions. When I finished the person just hang up the phone. I called again but directly the call was declined. And again... This is not polite.
