Apartman girişindeki dükkanları, bir kaç senelik kiraladığını söyleyerek (!) , adeta piyangodan çıkan ya da çıkartılan , apartman sakinlerini rahatsız eden şahıslar mevcut maalesef ki....Bunlara Türk Ticaret Kanunu'na göre, basiretli bir tüccar olarak çalışma prensiplerini anlatacak broşür/ el ilanı bastırıp , her dükkana dağıtmak lazım....Apartman sakinlerinin üzerine çöp, pet şişe vb. atmaktan vazgeçsinler ve otomobil/minibüs/ motosiklet vb. başkalarının üzerine kaldırımda sürmesinler. Tanışıklık kuramayıp, yüz bulamayınca mobbing ve zorbalığa başvuran bu şahısların sorumluluğu olmalı. Maalesef Saray 936 sok. girişinde bu tip bir organizasyon dükkanı var ve çevresine zarar vermenin peşinde. Apartman yönetimi bu tip davranışlara yol verir nitelikte ve dükkan sahibi yeter ki param gelsin havasında....Böyle şey olabilir mi? Sizin de üyeniz değil mi bu şahıslar?
