The beautiful view is beautiful as a location, but it is news from their job as a business manager. The food service is terrible, there is neither a telephone, nor a blanket, nor a hair dryer in the rooms. There is no telephone in the rooms, come on, there is no room in the lobby, at least there is an attendant. Cleanliness is zero. You can't sleep at night because of the cold and the smell of the toilet (I will never forget the disgrace of your room no. 21). They are incapable of putting tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast. If you say the view is not important, and the service they cannot satisfy is not important, go. It was the worst service business I have ever seen, I do not recommend it to anyone. The concept and interior design of the Kocagöz hotel, which is located in the center of Aladağ, in the region that is intertwined with nature, is wonderful. The morning breakfast is completely different in the open area or in the indoor restaurant section with the smell of natural village eggs and pine trees. I definitely recommend going for a nature walk in the morning at the Kocagöz hotel where we go as a team of 8 people. The rooms are extremely comfortable.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the hotel manager Kerim and his staff showed all the group guests the necessary importance with the service they provided with their smiling faces and welcomed them very well. When it comes to cleaning, me and my friends are included in tours throughout Turkey. They are very careful about both the environment and the interior cleaning of the hotel, and although it is small and cute, I have never seen such an organized accommodation. Also; you are not staying in a 5 star hotel. What do you expect from a hotel that costs 125 liras per night, including breakfast, in an all-natural accommodation with nature? Are you waiting for a Turkish bath, sauna, fitness? I don't comment on breakfast either. Because the breakfast service we receive is almost double the cost of the accommodation we provide and it is worth the natural bay breakfast... As for the main issue, I attribute your reaction to your requests that were not accepted that night because they were not in compliance with the pandemic rules. I strongly recommend anyone who goes to Adana Aladağ to spend a day in touch with nature at Aladag Kocagoz Hotel.

The rooms are very cold and uncomfortable, the facilities are limited, it is not a hotel to stay unless it is necessary.
