★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yarım saat bekledik kimse gelmedi sparişi kendimiz verdik ona rağmen yine gelen olmadı servisleri yavaş hatta yok! (Yoğunluk yoktu , hatta boştu)
We waited for half an hour, no one came. We gave the order ourselves, but still no one came. Their service is slow or even absent! (There was no density, it was even empty)

We waited for more than half an hour to order, no one came. I went and ordered myself, the room did not come, we got up and went, the service is not ultra slow, there is no service

It had a rotten taste. We returned the tea. I asked them to deduct the money from the price without drinking it, let alone the price, they put all the words in our mouth without listening to us. Customer satisfaction is of zero importance. Even more than 1 point.

Yalnız serviste eksiklikler oluyor.Birkaç sefer burada bulunmama rağmen bu tarz bir mekânda servisin hâlen yavaş olması biraz üzücü.
The design, layout and decor is very nice.
However, there are deficiencies in the service. It is a bit sad that the service is still slow in such a place, even though I have been here a few times.

Sondan başlayım dışarıda 4 bayan oturduk dilenci bir çocuk musallat oldu yüksek bir hesap ödeyip bir de üstüne belalımız oldu. İçtiğim en kötü filtre kahveydi ,kadayıflı muhallebi vasattı, müzikler berbat ötesi ve birbirinden tamamen alakasızdı,halkalı şeker ardından gönül... garsonlara memnuniyetsizliğimizi söylüyoruz yüzümüze bakıyorlar bir çaba yok. Gidilmez.
A place that I will definitely not choose again and I don't like anything. Let's start from the end, we sat outside with 4 women, a beggar boy was infested, we paid a high bill, and on top of that, we had trouble. It was the worst filter coffee I've ever had, the pudding with kadayif was mediocre, the music was awful and completely unrelated to each other, ringed sugar followed by heart... we tell the waiters our dissatisfaction, they look at us, no effort. You can't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konya Kule Site Avm' de yer almakta. Dışarısı gerçekten buz gibi. İçerisi kalabalık. Elemanlar ilgisiz. Üstelikte pahalı. Cafe ortamı olarak biraz daha geniş olabilir ve zengin bir menü beklerdim. "Alaçatı Muhallebicisi" adını boş yere taşıyor. Konya gibi bir şehre hiç yakışmıyor. ?
It is located in Konya Tower Site Mall. It's really freezing outside. It's crowded inside. Elements are irrelevant. Plus it's expensive. As a cafe environment, I would expect a more extensive menu and a rich menu. It carries the name "Alaçatı Muhallebicisi" for nothing. It does not suit a city like Konya at all. ?
