Since the first establishment of the roll furniture products I bought for dowry from Yalova Akyüzler furniture in 2020, I have had constant problems and I still am. There, Mr. Nihat and Mr. Ismail made speeches that they were interested, that I would never be victimized, that the problems would be solved, the service came twice, the first time they came, the wardrobe was fixed (I can't use it because of the 5 month cabinet slider), all the furniture I bought was also defective. Table chairs have stinging like nails, even though that problem was not looked at, even though I complained every time, when I opened and closed the console, they said nothing can be done to it, the drawers are crooked, the drawer cover has been changed twice, but the same crookedness continues, the service headboard fell off while I was fixing it, the foot of the bed was broken. it came out, a month later, the foot was changed but the foot did not fit, now the bed is rattling, the nightstand drawers are crooked, they were changed two or three times, but never fixed the problem. The buttons of the seats were missing when they came, or they took note of them every time they came, but not a single button came. So, you see, they sell you the defective product, not for such an ordinary price, then they pull you aside and do not recognize you.
