Every places in Turkey, Turkish coffee is served with water. When I ordered one, they didn't bring water and I didn't ask for one. After some time they brought one water. Since I didn't order it, I thought it was free. Eventually they charged 8TL for water. It was so rude.

We are locals of Marmaris and have been coming this way for over 20 years now, myself and my husband wanted somewhere where we could put our feet in the river and have a beer before returning to Marmaris. We were told that where we were sitting they couldn't serve food and only drinks and we said that's fine, we weren't thinking of eating just yet. Then a waiter came up to us and told us that if we wanted to drink beers there was a cafe further along the road, we asked why we would want to go to a cafe, to which the waiter replied that they don't accept customers only for drinks - yet they'd just told us the area we wanted to sit in was for drinks only? We went with family from Australia the year previously for breakfast and paid extortionate prices for very mediocre food and awful awful coffee and rude service. You're worth depends on the money you spend here... They didn't used to be like this, the more unnecessary hype the ruder they get. The location is pretty, but I'd rather sit between four walls than be disrespected.

Worst experience, we ordered food and the bill came in double, we refused to pay and they said if we don’t pay they wouldn’t give us the car key. We were in a hurry of time, we had to pay so we wouldn’t lose the trip. :(((((

Don't go there, they are just cheaters. If you pay in Usd and/or Eur, they charge you double prices because they are counting the the bill with very old curency rates. Actual Usd/Try is 5.70 but they force you to pay like 2.90. Don't go there if you dont want to be fooled. You can just translate other comments in Turkish for the over-pricing

The place is beautiful .But Thats about it Waitres is expecting to get you ordered bunch of appetizers from the first moment you get in without even Looking at the prices! And table’s on the side of the water always reserved Which is not true ! They only give these tables to people they think they Will get more money or to people they know ! Then they Will come to your table And ask if you are Drinking And if you say no , they wont like that! Food is not bad but the Service , stuff And prices ?? I dont think anyone should go there!

What a lovely spot for a meal. The food was nice and so was the service.

When we ordered, I checked reviews and want quite… we directly asked waiter “why you have so bad reviews?” - he was embarrassed. We had long discussion with him how important is consumer satisfaction and how easy in recent times is verifying quality by google. We received very good food, bill without crazy exchange rate (only one n TL) and price like we use to pay in Greece- not too high. So maybe change already started? We wish for owner keep eyes open for consumers reviews, other wise he will have rebrand soon or have profit only in high season.
