Binalarda ısı yalıtım içte ve dışta var deseler de merkezi sistemin maliyeti çok yüksek. şu tarih itibariyle ayda 500 TL ödeyip, soğukta oturuyoruz. Ayrıca site aidatı ile daire sayısını çarptığınızda toplanan parayla her ay siteden en az 2 dairenin site yönetimine geçmesi gerekir. Paranın nereye, kime harcandığı hakkında düzgün açıklama bile yok.
Kiralama ve satın almak isterken ayrıca elektrikli soba da kullanmanız gerektiğini de hesap edin. Küçük çocuk varsa ısı değişiminden mutlaka hasta olur. Memnun değilim, ilk fırsatta taşınacağım!
