About 1.5-2 years ago, I started to have trouble using my right wrist due to a sports injury. The simple things in daily life – brushing teeth, opening doors, or carrying grocery bags – have become very painful activities for me. During this time, I went to 8 different doctors in the USA and Turkey. Among them were wrist specialist, hand-shoulder surgery specialist and two specialist doctors at Tobb hospital, I also went to regular physical therapy for 6 weeks. However, these efforts were always fruitless. In fact, one of the doctors said, "The treatment you are looking for is not possible, the doctor who says he can do it is only trying to get your money. Your arm will never heal, you have to accept it." Each doctor took an x-ray and wore a wristband or had a strengthening exercise. After 1 year of fog in my ankle, the pain decreased, but almost all mobility was lost. My wrist became like a bone and my arm/hand was almost as weak as a paralyzed hand due to calcification. Moreover, since arthritis is a disease that progresses over time, I was really upset and afraid of not being able to use my hand at all over time. When I came to active living therapy, I was frankly hopeless. But Erhan Bey did an incredible job. He works really hard for the recovery of patients. With just 3 weeks of regular treatment, he was able to stretch my wrist. Since I don't live in Ankara, I switched to home exercises at the end of this period. I'm still working on stretching and strengthening and can use my wrist to a great extent. I hope to be back to normal in a few months. I would like to thank everyone who contributed, especially Erhan Bey, including those who gave napkins while crying.

My son's arm was broken and he was in a cast for two months. When the plaster was removed, our doctor said that he needed physical therapy because there was calcification in the wrist and elbow, and we took him to active life, which we found by chance. Nurses and IT staff helped us a lot. An institution that deserves 5 stars, only Ms. Ayla, who first examined us, was very sullen and repulsive. I broke a star for Ms. Ayla. If possible, definitely ask another doctor for the first examination. It does nothing but scold and look down on people.

It's a place built purely to make money. I definitely do not recommend it. Insufficient, uninformed and uninterested physiotherapists. Go paste the tensi, come back in 20 minutes with the signature paper in hand. Hip asymmetry cannot be diagnosed... How are you? What is the problem? No one is asking. All he wants is for you to sign and leave. It is an example of how inconvenient it is to provide healthcare services to the private sector. Nobody cares about your health, you are just the money they earn.
