Yine gittiğim zaman başka bir şeyden kaynaklanabileceğini yada lpg kaynaklı olduğunu söylediler. LPG bakımları tam olmasına rağmen aracımın lpg bakımını is yeri bujiden olduğunu bilgisayarlı test ile tespit etti. Yine Aktif servise gittim. Buji kaynaklı olduğunu anlattım. Ve elimde orijinal buji ile geldim bu sefer değişimi talebim üzerine yapmalarını istedim. Değişimi yaptılar bir de bende işçilik istediler üstelik içinden çıkanlar yan sanayi buji idi. Özellikle ısrar etmiştim tüm parçalar orijinal olsun diye. Kısa süreli bir tartışma yaşadım. Sonra çıkmak zorunda kaldım benden iki kez parça parası çıkmış oldu bu durumda. Daha öncede bu duruma benzer bir olay yaşamıştım. Artık gitmeyi kestim. Her gidişimde alakasız yerlerden arıza tespiti yapıyorlar ve sorunum giderilmiyordu. Zaten müşterinin yüzüne bakan eden yok. Sanki silah zoruyla iş yaptırıyorsunuz. Paranızla yüzünüze bakmıyorlar.
During the maintenance of my vehicle, the spark plug was changed and after I made the payment, there was a shaking in my vehicle. Again, when I went, they said it could be caused by something else or that it was lpg. Although the LPG maintenance was complete, it was determined by a computer test that the lpg maintenance of my vehicle is from the spark plug. I went to Aktif service again. I explained that it is sourced from spark plug. And I came with my original spark plug, this time I asked them to do the replacement on my request. They made the change and asked for workmanship for me, and what came out of it was the sub-industry spark plug. I especially insisted that all the pieces were original. I had a short argument. Then I had to leave, I was paid twice in this case. I've had an event similar to this before. I stopped going now. Every time I go, they detect malfunctions from irrelevant places and my problem was not solved. Nobody looks at the customer's face anyway. It's like you're doing a job at gunpoint. They don't look in your face with your money.
