★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old hotel, relatively tidy and clean. The decorations of my room weren't aesthetic. Colors of furniture walls floor etc, didn't go with each other.
Staff are nice.
The breakfast is relatively OK. I've tasted better in turkey, not in trabzon though. Midium variety of food and drinks, with relatively good flavor.
Lobby is large and tidy.

As regard the staff, Shimaa on the reception desk, she is very cooperative, friendly, always wearing her amazing smile. Thanks for the lovely experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is extremely homey you will not feel that you miss home. There is an amazing helpful lady called shimaa she is helpful cheerful will just do all what she can to make your stay fabulous and make things easy. The food is ok not much varieties but I enjoyed it as an adult. People cleaning the room are super clean the cleanliness level is definitely a 5 stars. The location is also good and close to the mid town around 10 minutes. Also close to the malls around a 15 minutes. Enjoyed my stay and will defenitly come back if I came to Trabzon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean, infront of the river, local transportation(microbus) to city center can be taken in front of the hotel very easily. The staff are very helpful especially Shaimaa who is always smilling and supportive.
You do not need to bring your shampoo or slippers with you as well.
In general, the hotel is very good, I really do recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is clean and modern. The staff is courteous and polite. It's very close to the ocean. Unfortunately, my room is on the opposite side but I bet the view is amazing! The showers are big and clean. The air-conditioning works perfectly and the sheets are stainless. The lobby is well decorated and inviting. If you are looking for a cheap yet clean and chic place to stay, this should be your choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist spoke English extremely well. She was friendly and offered any help we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was functional with no mold and a shower that actually keeps the water from going all over the floor. The water was hot and the AC actually cooled the room. In two weeks it was the first AC that worked well in Turkey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay tjere for 7 nights was really good. It was clean, beds were comfortable.
The food was good at breakfast and dinner. Dinner for me was similar to homemade food which was really nice thing for me.
It has a good location. You can take the small busses to the city center in front of the hotel.

Place is not considered a 3 stars at all..frankly it is more...
Good view..place is clean and neat..
Room is small but has all the amenities
The only drawback is there is no drying for bathroom water which make it slippy all day..
