I am writing as someone who has shopped before and received technical support after sales. My experience is in favor of shopping from big companies. The fact that you pay close to future and Bellona and you can't get products of that quality and the after-sales support is just as amateurish. Maybe we had high expectations because we were used to corporate companies.
