Müşteri sabah lassa lastik istedi takıldı ben Bridgestone istemiştim diye telefon açtı akşam sorgusuz sualsiz balansı da yapılarak parasıda iade edilerek gönderdik ama yinede mutlu edememişiz)
Bizim gibi itibarlı bir müşteriye şifahen ve ilk yanıtınızda da ima ettiğiniz (asla Lassa istemediğimiz halde) yalan beyancılık vurgusunu en azından ikinci yanıtınız da ki "Yanlış anlaşılma" ibaresi ile tekzip etmiş olmanız, şirketinizin büyüklüğüne ve imajına uygun bir düzeltme olmuştur. Bundan dolayı tebrik ve teşekkür ederiz. Kırılan bijon ya da yanlış anlaşılmaya dayalı zaman kaybı temelde söz konusu olmayıp müşteriye yalan beyancılık iması kesinlikle kabul edilebilir bir durum değildir. Esas tepkimiz bu vurguya dayalıdır.
Definitely check the brand and specifications of the tire you are requesting, otherwise they will fit the tires they want and you will have to travel with them. They can also break lug nuts and cause pointless air and dangerous driving, and you could be to blame for all of this. It is lived experience.

The fact that you refuted the false pretense that you implied (even though we never asked for Lassa) in your first response to a reputable customer like us, at least with the phrase "Misunderstanding" in your second response, is a correction appropriate to the size and image of your company. Congratulations and thank you for that. There is no loss of time due to a broken wheel bolt or misunderstanding, and it is absolutely unacceptable to imply false statement to the customer. Our main reaction is based on this emphasis.
