Bekir AKSOY tarafından, 1968 yılında yapımına başlanıp, 1970 yılında hayata geçmiştir. Dönemin ilerisinde teknoloji ve sağlamlıkla Müh. Baran AKSOY tarafından çizilmiş ve yapıldığı dönemde Valilik de dahil olmak üzere önemli devlet kurumlarına da geçici olarak ev sahipliği yapmıştır. 1984 ila 2018 yılları arasında Ecz Ergun Aksoy tarafından rönavasyon ve bakımı yapılmış olup, 3. kuşak temsilcilerinin gözetiminde iş merkezi olarak hizmet vermeye devam etmektedir. Dış Cephesi Mozaik uygulama ile şehir dokusuna atıfta bulunarak yapılan AKSOY İŞ MERKEZİ, 6 katta 15-25 m2 lik toplam 30 mini ofisle; Ofis, Muayenehane, Dükkan ( Dernek) gibi iş kollarına hizmet verebilmektedir.
