★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erzuruma gittikçe peynir alırdım ama bu son aldığım göğermiş peynir beni şaşırttı. Içerisine lor bırakılmiş. Hemde üzerinde küflü peynir yazıyor. Göğermiş peynir ne zaman küflendi? Lütfen orta kısma lor koymayın alta koyun görek. Biz Erzurumlulara yakışmaz.
I used to buy cheese as I went to Erzurum, but this last breasted cheese surprised me. Curd was left in it. It says moldy cheese on it. When did the curdled cheese get moldy? Please do not put curd in the middle, put it on the bottom. It does not suit us Erzurum people.
