On our Izmir-Adana journey, we thought that going in and out of Konya city center to eat would waste a lot of time, and we thought that Akşehir, which we saw as an approximate middle point, would be a suitable place to eat because it is both on the road and a small road. Since we do not know the city, we tried to identify a few places by doing research on Google, but we did not see many options. My priority for food is the prominent dishes of the region you are in. For this reason, Urfa table, Antep table etc., which can be found in every city. I try not to choose places. However, when we wandered around Akşehir center and looked for a restaurant, we could not find many options (as I tried to explain at the beginning, it may be due to the month of Ramadan). A few people we asked recommended this restaurant. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of what looks like an office building. Its surroundings are very rundown (it's not the fault of this restaurant, of course, almost all of the Akşehir center I saw was in this situation), but the interior was neat and tidy. There are many tables. I know I'm taking it too far and I'm coming to the main food comment. As food; Iskender, doner (bulgur pilaf) on rice, pide with meat (not meat loaf, it was written something like this on the menu) was ordered. Hot paste, Haydari and salad were served as garnishes. (Garnishings are offered) Iskender and doner kebab seemed to have waited a while for me. When I asked they said it was installed daily. But probably because it cannot be consumed quickly during the day, it is forced to be cut and waited. Meat pita was good. The side dishes were just like an appetizer, so they were a bit dense. I prefer softer side dish at dinner. But most restaurants serve it this way. Meal prices are normal. Interest is enough. As a result, it didn't really appeal to me.
