I'm already living here, so I'm a resident of the complex, it's really great, only the young people of the site make a lot of noise in the gazebos at around 12 at night I live on the B6 3rd floor, so the terrace is right in front of the gazebo and our balcony is looking at the site. The house is two-storied, despite it, there is noise ?

Social areas, beautiful pool, gym, sitting areas, walking area, indoor parking lot, in-site market are close to everywhere in terms of location. I like Akse life very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yıldız kırdım çünkü eski Akse Yaşam Konutları olmaktan çıktı burası. Eskiden güzel ve hoş bir yerdi. Yeşillikli, bakımlı ve güvenliği iyi bir yerdi. Şimdi etrafına yapılan inşaatlar yüzünden gözükmüyor ve toz duman altında. Bolca gürültü kirliliği ve yanı sıra bakımsız yerleri var. Havuzu tam temizlenmiyor. Beğendiğim şeyler ise kafesi ve apartman iç temizliği. Site güvenliği ve yönetimine daha çok önem verilse aslında daha da hoş bir yer olabilir. Onun dışında ev tipleri gayet kullanışlı. Terası temizleniyor ve bahçelerin bakımları yapılıyor.
I broke a star because this is no longer the old Akse Yaşam Konutları. It used to be a nice and pleasant place. It was green, well-maintained and a safe place. Now it is not visible due to the construction around it and the dust is under smoke. There are plenty of noise pollution as well as neglected places. The pool is not fully cleaned. The things I like are the cage and the interior cleaning of the apartment. If more importance is given to site security and management, it can be an even more pleasant place. Apart from that, home types are very useful. Its terrace is cleaned and the gardens are maintained.
