★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Köy adını 500-600 yüzyıl önce Rumlardan alınarak Türk yerleşkesi olmuş kilise kalıntılarının bulunduğu Akkilise den almaktadır. Cumhuriyet döneminde köyün adı Akse Köy adını almış, cami ile ilgili 1910 tarihinde yapıldığı bilinmektedir.
The village takes its name from Akkilise, where the remains of churches, which were taken from the Greeks 500-600 centuries ago, became Turkish settlements. The name of the village during the Republican era was named Akse Village and it is known that the mosque was built in 1910.
