★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir abonelik için insanlar 2 farkli gün zaman ayırmak zorunda. 7 servis bankosu olmasına rağmen 3 kişi hizmet veriyor. Çalışanların maskesi çenesinde güvenlik sürekli maskesi azıcık aşağıya düşse uyarıyor. Minimum bekleme süresi 40 dakika. Tekel olmak böyle bir şey herhalde.
For a subscription, people have to allocate 2 different days of time. Although there are 7 service counters, 3 people serve. The mask of the employees is constantly on their chin, and the security warns them if their mask falls a little. Minimum waiting time is 40 minutes. I guess that's what it's like to be a monopoly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one inside service center in Mersin or urgent call can speak English /international language/ I am proud of Turkish language and like it and I ll try to learn it but give me a chance to do it . which make connection between customer and company like agame of kids in kg school and use google translator for understanding .please such this big company at least must put one employee can speak English please we are in 2020 I make my request to open foset of gas in my house to warm my sick wife in the house but must wait till winter and cold finished try to make active solution for customer,s problems we pay money as company desire to take active and fast service not put us in prolonged waiting list .
