Everything was perfect. It was clean, the hosts were very friendly and we never encountered any problems.

Akpolat Residence and our staying there was absolutely perfect! Me and my family stayed there for one week. They are very intelligent,nice people. They were all the time in touch, carried about our needs and questions. The apartment is located in the perfect location, where you can find the swimming pool at the garden. Aquapark, gym studio, markets, beach and bazaar are very close. The apartment is at heart of Alanya. The apartment was clean, completely new and spacious with all necessary things. Sheets, towels and pillows were very clean and fresh. The apartment has a big balcony with nice view. Free and fast wi-fi was perfect. Akpolat Residence was the best choice for us, if we return to Alanya we definitely prefer to stay here again! Absolutely recommended!!)))

We researched a place to stay in Alanya to spend our winter vacation. Akpolat Residence, which we contacted via Airbnb, was a really great choice. The central location is great. Immaculate sheets and towels; A cozy, comfortable and luxurious apartment, a dreamy garden ... Summer preparations continue at the facility. They are preparing such a beautiful garden! We are looking forward to the summer holiday. We have already made our reservation for june. My son Alex never wanted to leave the turtles in the garden, but was convinced when he heard the rabbits that would live in the garden in the summer. I recommend it to everyone, this place is like heaven in the heart of Alanya. You must come!

We had a fantastic stay at Akpolat Residence. The location is perfect and the apartment is kept in a very good and clean condition. Likewise the rooms, sheets, furnitures, all kitchen equipments and bathroom; they are very new and tidy. Wifi is so fast. Really recommended!

I was in this place for dental treatment. I had received the treatment as a package and the accommodation was included in this price and was free. The owners of this place were very friendly and interested. All the furniture in the apartment was new and the apartment was very clean. There was free wifi. The apartment has a very beautiful garden and terrace. If you want, you can barbecue on the terrace. When you sit on the balcony in the evening, there is a hidden view of Alanya Castle. The apartment is in a very central location. There are many local restaurants around. There is an aquapark opposite. It is 5 minutes walking distance to Damlataş beach. I would recommend it to everyone.

Positive: location, cleanliness, pleasant smell in housing, sleep comfort, balcony. The apartment is warm despite the stone floor. Lots of light, lots of windows. Convenient washing. Washing machine on the floor for 4 apartments, there is washing powder, iron, everything you need. Negative: 1. there is no elevator, 2. there were many questions upon arrival (the air conditioner didn't work, the air conditioner remotes didn't work, the shower didn't work). All issues were resolved the next day. 3. In addition to repairs, all air conditioners were cleaned in our presence. Despite the fact that the team left a lot of dirt, no one sent a cleaning service to clean it up after them. We washed the balcony and floors ourselves, having settled the day before. 4. Wifi is terrible. Almost all the time on the mobile Internet. It is impossible to fix according to the owners. 5. There is no microwave. 6. Very dirty windows. 7. Separately, I will stop at the checking out. Like I said, there is no elevator. Upon arrival, the owner's husband helped us with the suitcases. By the time we left, the hosts had lost interest in us, and my daughter and I had to carry our suitcases back together. It's certainly indescribable. Service with a capital letter. By discussing my luggage in public, you made it clear to all your guests how you feel about them and their belongings. Further: you populate people in an apartment with a daily payment with obviously non-working appliances, repair it in the presence of guests and do not apologize for it. I wrote to you that I have mud and water on the floor, and the balcony is basically filled with mud. What did you answer? You said that you don't have cleaners and your husband can give us the equipment so that we can clean it ourselves. Only later did you write that you could send a cleaner tomorrow. Do you think that in such conditions, as in the photo, i can wait tomorrow? We washed everything ourselves. The girl came the next day. But why is she to me? Wi-Fi is terrible all the time, not occasionally. I wrote to you that I can't work. What did you answer? It's not a fix, it's a feature. I remind you that all our correspondence is screened. And one more thing: to help a guest with luggage is not to humiliate himself, but to prove himself a good host, but not to help - to humiliate himself. Especially a woman with children. Don't be surprised why your air conditioners were covered in dusty fur coats. They were so dirty that they were washed for several hours from a high pressure generator!
