We sent the broken monitor, they said it got water and sent it. They asked for trouble shooting money. We sent it to Istanbul, they pretended to send it. Couldn't find user error. Stay away from this dealer!!!

Friends use shoe covers when entering the house and follow the conrona measures, they call and inform before they come..
There was a TV channel that I could not find in the product. There was no Lalegül TV, I called by phone and they gave support on how to record the channel on the phone.
