Friendly staff and fresh as always.

There are always fresh products and they even brought plain croissants, I was surprised. The staff are professional and smiling. I wish there was a Pos machine, but it's an oven after all.

Akkuş bakery at the Kuşadası Söke- Güzelçamlı crossroad (Karaova) has been a business where I have bought bread, lavash and bagels for years in the summer season. I think the owners of Black Sea origin, Trabzon bread, especially sourdough whole wheat, white pan bread are sold a lot. At the side logistics door of the bakery, you can see sacks of hazelnut shells to burn in the oven in sacks. It is obvious that they pay for transportation from a very long distance in order to achieve the quality they want. However, the problem that started last year in sourdough whole wheat bread, especially in Trabzon bread, has increased this year. So what's the problem, the old flavor and homogeneity are not in bread. We used to fry the Black Sea bread, which had been waiting in the refrigerator for a few days, with a delicious flavor and aroma. Now the inside of the bread is bulgur wheat, it is crumbly and there is no flavor. I don't know why. I'm just walking guessing; Firstly, flour quality or workmanship may have changed. Hoping to reunite with the delicious breads produced in previous years.

We have been shopping since the day it opened. Bread varieties are natural, quite beautiful and delicious. It's impossible to pass by. Especially at 2-3 at night, you will buy the bread as soon as it comes out, you will put the tea and eat it. A wonderful feeling. Pastries are also sold, but they are not made in this oven. It is recommended.
