There is no officer who coordinates the ticket sales and the embarkation place. It is a bit of a challenge for someone who is going to ride for the first time.

Cabins are extremely clean. Akgünler is always my choice. It's just too slow at solving problems. I called 4 places to convert Mersin ticket to Taşucu ticket. This can be done online easily from any branch.
