Generally inactive, a very nice convention center in the mansion center. It definitely needs to be activated.

Pity, this building is not used. Then why was it done? The front side of the car park, the backyard is also used as a playground by the public. At least the centers like Hem, Asmek should offer courses here. Although it is not a convention center, this can be done as a course center.
