Herseferinde sorun çıktı gelen elemanların kombiyle ilgili bilgisi bile yok enson gelen eleman hem çok ukala hemde ağrızanın neden kaynaklandığı bile bilmiyor sayın eve gelen servis elemanı önce müşteriyle nasıl konuşması gerektiğini öğren sonra arızanın neden kaynaklandığı öğren sen bana yağmur suyundan içine su girmiş dedin kart yanmış dedin nedense bu gelenlerde Baymak servisi hemde iki ayrı servis çağırdım onlar neden su değilde elektrik olduğunu söyledi ve sizin söylediğiniz fiyattan daha az fiyat verdi nasıl bir yola başvuracağımızın bilgisini verdiler ?????????
I definitely do not recommend. How many times have they come for boiler repair. Every time there was a problem, the staff who came to the house did not even know about the boiler, the last person is both very cocky and does not even know why the pain is caused, dear service person who comes to the house, first learn how to talk to the customer, then find out why the fault is caused, you told me that water got into it from rain water, you said that the card burned for some reason. I called the Baymak service and two separate services in these arrivals, they said why it was electricity, not water, and they gave less than the price you said and gave us information on how to apply ?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç memnun degilim ne servisinden nede ürününden ben daha duyarlılar daha özenliler biliyordum ama yanılmışım müşteri hizmetleri arıyorsunuz ürünü elektiriçide yapar diyorlar cagırıp yaptırdık. Elektirikçi yaptıgı için garanti kapsamında degil dediler bende itiraz edince tmm dedeler ama kullanım hatası deyip ücret aldılar aman aman sakın
I am not at all satisfied, neither from the service nor from the product, I was more sensitive, I knew more attentive, but I was wrong, looking for customer service, they say that the product will make it electric, we called it. They said that they are not under warranty because they did so, but when they objected they said they were all but they said a usage error and they got paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kötü hiç tavsiye etmem geri dönüş yapmıyorlar. Kartı söküp götürdüler. Geri almak için kendim gittim. Hiç ilgi alaka yok kış günü çocuklar dondu. Bunları çağıracağınıza arızalı kalsa daha iyi en azından sinirleriniz bozulmuyor. Allah tan bir servis daha varmış aradım 5 dakika içinde arızayı giderip gittiler.
Too bad I wouldn't recommend them, they don't come back. They took the card away. I went to get it back myself. No interest, no interest, children froze on winter day. Better to call them up and stay out of order, at least not get nervous. Thank God there is another service, I called, they fixed the fault within 5 minutes and left.
