★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frontiera con Siria ...questi erano i camion che entravano in Siria per fare rifornimento di gasolio, in quanto in Siria il gasolio costava un decimo di quello che costava in Turchia ! notare i serbatoi super maggiorati....si è vero che i siriano mettono una tassa per i mezzi con motore a gasolio ma la convenienza era enorme !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emozionante essere qui. Grazie a Mohamed, il tassista che mi ha accompagnato da Sanliurfa. Volevo vedere come è il confine turco-siriano. Luogo di confine di guerra, ancora si sente l odore e si vedono le conseguenze. Classica fila di tir e camion vari in attesa per i controlli per varcare il confine. Deserto fino al confine siriano, filo spinato e grande muro di cemento. Militari ovunque.
C è un grande campo per rifugiati siriani lì vicino, ho provato a entrare ma è considerato zona militare e non me l' hanno permesso. Luogo molto triste onestamente. Classica immagine di campi sporchi, polverosi, col vento che fa turbinare in aria plastiche e carte varie.
Le persone invece sono gentili e calorose.
La cittadina non ha grandi attrattive turistiche per il momento. Auguro loro di migliorare presto la qualità della vita.

There is a large Syrian refugee camp nearby, I tried to enter but it is considered a military zone and they won't let me. Very sad place honestly. Classic image of dirty, dusty fields, with the wind that makes plastics and various papers swirl in the air.
On the other hand, people are kind and warm.
The town does not have any major tourist attractions for the moment. I wish them to improve their quality of life soon.
