★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ayrı sitesi var 1. akbay oto.com sitedeki numarayı aradım telefonu açan kişiye ürünü sordum evet stokta var dediği için İnternet üzerinden alışveriş yaptım 2 gün sonra aradım siparişleri takip eden bayan ürün stokta olmadığı için para iadesi yapıldığını söyledi. Bunun üzerine başka bir siteden akbayrenault.com daki numarayı aradım ( sitedeki numaraları farklı) açan kişi evet stokta var dediği için bu siteden de alışveriş yaptım. Aradan birkaç gün geçti yine para iadesi yazıyordu yine aradım açan kişi bir bayana sordu sipariş durumunu ismimi duyunca daha önce de stokta olmadığı için para iadesi yapıldığını söylemişmiş(!) öncelikle personellerin birbirinden ve ellerinde olan ürünlerden haberleri yok ürünün olduğundan iyice emin olduktan sonra alışveriş yapın
They have 2 different sites 1. I called the number on the site of akbay oto.com and asked the person who answered the phone about the product, because he said yes, it is in stock. Then I called the number on akbayrenault.com from another site (the numbers on the site are different) and because the person who answered it said yes, it is in stock, so I shopped from this site. A few days passed, it was writing refund again, I called again and the person who answered the question asked a lady about the order status and said that the money was refunded because it was out of stock before (!) First of all, the staff are not aware of each other and the products in their hands.
