I stumbled upon this business while I was lost looking for the Sabanci mosque (I got off a little early from the bus). They greeted me with a warm smile and offered me some cheese to taste. After I liked the cheese (the young fella I believe his name was Çiyan sorry if I’m not correct) he immediately ran somewhere and came back with warm bread wrapped in paper and made me a cheese sandwich, had me sit down inside the store, brought some olives and served tea as well. I was so delighted and never saw so much hospitality from a stranger. The various cheeses I tasted were wonderful and I ended up buying 5 kilos of cheese from him. Wish I had more room. He had them vacuumed for air travel. If I ever come back to Adana I will definitely visit you Çiyan!! Thanks for the yummy cheese.
