Unfortunately, the slowest transaction I've seen was the branch, and despite this slowness, there were documents that I had to correct from another branch as a result of the wrong transaction. If possible, you should choose another branch.

ATM inside the bank instead of the box office! Be willing to wait in line for at least 1 and a half hours each time you go!!! The slowest branch I've ever seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boșboșuna gittim. İșlemi yapacak kiși șubede değilmiș. İșlem de hesap açılıșıyla ilgili çok basit bir șeydi. Bir personeli șube șube dolaștırıp personel masrafından kar etmeye çalıșıyorlar herhalde. 1 yıldız bile çok. En az 1 yıldız veriliyor diye onu seçtim.
I went for nothing. The person who will perform the transaction is not at the branch. The process was also very simple about account opening. I guess they are trying to make a profit from personnel expenses by circulating a staff from branch to branch. Even 1 star is too much. I chose it because it gives at least 1 star.
