★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şube klasik Akbank Şubesi temiz ve pak fakat iş bireysel müşteri ikişkileri yöneticisine geldi mi farklı. Bir tane çalışan var 25 dk sıra bekledim. Geldiğim saat de 11:05 yani şubenin en rahat olduğu dönem. Şükür sıra 11:35 de geldi. Tam o sırada iki tane hesap kartı olan banka çalışanı bir bayan üst kattan bir geldi. Bir müşterinin hesabını işletecekmiş. Hiç öyle müsade istemek falan yok. Direk adama sadet hanımın işini halledelim deyip sanki sırası gelen bir müşteri orada yokmuş gibi kartları bireysel miy e verdi. Biraz edep ya hû.
The classic Akbank Branch is clean and clean, but the business is different when it comes to individual customer relations manager. I waited 25 min queue for one running there.
