En azından bir kutuya konulup gönderilseydi daha iyi olabilirdi. Birazcık daha fazla özen gösterilebilir diye düşünüyorum.
I ordered online, some of the books I ordered could not be obtained and the fee was refunded. The books I received were also extremely deformed. It would have been better if at least it was put in a box and sent. I think a little more care could be taken.
