★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok eski site. Sadece girişlere 2021'de makyaj yapıldı ama site dökülüyor!! En büyük problem tesisatin çok berbat yapılmış olmasi. Ya alt daire ya da üstten tuvalet, banyo ve mutfaktan su akitmamis daire yok gibi!! Diğer sorun yalıtım iyi yapılmamış soğuk oluyor. Merkezi ısıtma var, kombi yok Kömür Mayıs'ta bitince 19-20 derecede oturup hastalandik üstelik güney cephede olduğu halde. Akşam çok soğuyor. Sakın sitenin dış görünüşüne aldanıp yüksek fiyattan daire almayın. Bu sitenin konumu, yani mevkisi iyi. Bir de bahçesi güzel yeşil.
Very old site. Only the entries were made up in 2021 but the site is falling apart!! The biggest problem is that the plumbing is done very badly. It's like there isn't an apartment that doesn't leak water either from the lower flat or the toilet, bathroom and kitchen from the top!! The other problem is that the insulation is not well made and it gets cold. There is central heating, no combi boiler. When the coal was finished in May, we sat at 19-20 degrees and got sick even though it was on the south front. It gets very cold in the evening. Do not be deceived by the exterior of the site and do not buy an apartment at a high price. The location of this site is good. And the garden is beautiful green.
