★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sim kart sorunu ile ilgili gitmiş oldum ..Arızadan emin olmak için denemelerinin mümkün olup olmadığını sordum yeni sim kart almadan işlem yapamayacaklarını söylediler yeni sim kartı aldım ve yardım için bir temsilcinin yanına gittim fakat bu kadar iletişim yoksunu bir o kadar ilgisiz ve seviyesiz tavrı çok rahatsız etti ..10 yılı aşkın süredir turkcell kullanıyorum hiç böyle bir durum ile karşılaşmamıştım. Sim karta 22 tl ödedim temsilci 3 tl daha verirsem bi hediye vereceğini sim karttan da ücret alınmayacağını söyledi 3 tl daha ödedim power bank getirdi 2.600 mah ve bana nasil kullanacağımı bir gerizekaliya anlatır gibi anlatti sağolsun.??? Şaşkına ugradigimdan çıktıktan sonra aklima geldi sormak neden o cihazı aldığımı sorma gereğinde bulunmadı ?neden yeterince bilgilendirme yapmadı belki ben başka bir cihaz alacaktim tercih olanağım yokmuydu ? Gigi gibi ....
