Hello... We left the hotel 2 days ago. Frankly, if I had read the comments, I probably wouldn't have gone, I have read them now and I was very surprised. We are very satisfied. Let me first mention the cons; unfortunately, we waited in line as if waiting for a line of bread at the entrance, they said room cleaning or something, we entered our room at 15:00 at almost 17:00, but they called immediately at 12:00 at the checkout time. Our room was almost never cleaned. After calling myself a few times, they came and cleaned it. It is said that there is a beach, but there is no beach, there are rocks and a deep entrance. It is not possible to enter with a child etc. We did not like cleaning in the dining hall. Yes Despite all these shortcomings, we said let's go back on the first day, then let's take a look, we said one night and fortunately we stayed. If you want a conservative holiday with your child, definitely ak resort .. The kids club activities were the perfect holiday for our tremendous son, which was the fun of him anyway. I cannot thank enough the teachers of the children's club, especially Eda hn and Sinem, to other teachers whose names I cannot remember. All of them are educated and interested, as if my child received special education in a private nursery for 4 days and participated in special entertainment. So many professionals. Mini club activities, children's festivities every 2 days, were incredibly fun, and they did not forget us ladies. There was a women's matinee every 2 days. Telephoning etc. was strictly prohibited. We had great fun for moms. After dinner, a good sound artist gentleman made live music in the lobby accompanied by the piano. You can grab your coffee and relax in the lobby. When it comes to food, though the cleanliness is a bit troublesome. Service and attention was tremendous. Unlimited hot and cold drinks, turkey, fish, chicken, beef etc. There was no simple menu. The dessert variety was so rich that we were surprised. Breakfast is like that again, if we say bird milk was missing. After lunch, they made a system called snack bar next to the outdoor pool, I paid particular attention to the use of erpilic frozen meatballs. I am a bit of a meticulous lady, I think not every hotel can be very perfect in terms of hygiene, because these are not our homes, they are places where all kinds of people are accommodated, as soon as I entered the room, I cleaned every place my child would touch with a vinegar cloth myself. They brought clean sheets and clean towels whenever I wanted. Which I changed every day for the child. Since it is a 5-star hotel, I thought there was an iron in the rooms before I went, but there was no, this is a big missing. I stayed in a 3-star hotel abroad, there was even a washing machine, let alone the iron. That is why the hotel does not deserve 5 stars. In short, we are really satisfied. If my wife was not busy with her work, we would have liked to extend the holiday. The kids club is still in our minds again and again many, many thanks.
