Hamam olarak kullanıldığı dönemlerde Kubbe ile örtülü soyunmalık tonozlarla örtülü ılıklık ortada kubbe üç yanda tonoz örtülü eyvanlar ile iki köşede hücrelerden oluşan sıcaklık planına sahiptir. Hamam camiye çevrildiği zaman soyunmalık harim; sıcaklık son cemaat yeri şeklinde değerlendirilmiştir. Ilıklık iki mekan arasında değerlendirilmiştir
