From the communication I got the impression that this is a very small private office that works "one day" "cutting down quick money" on tourists, repeated calls and customer satisfaction are not at all important to them. In most cases, the car will probably be given (otherwise how can they still get money from the client), unless, of course, at the time of arrival there is a free car or another client on which you can earn more, but all possible excesses both when receiving a car and during the rental period remain at the "peril and risk" of the tenant. Two points because deposit and credit card are not required when renting.
