Bir arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine ilk defa gitmeme rağmen çok memnun kaldım öncelike beni guler yüzüyle kapıda karşılayan derya hanıma ve doktorumuz gülcan hanıma sonsuz tesekkurlerimi sunuyorum

Horrific experience. It was absolutely dehumanising, to be in a position where you can't escape, with a bright light shining in your face, a strangers hands in your mouth, whilst he’s practically bullying you. In addition to being told I'm delusional and a coward because I wasn't responding as he expected to the anaesthetic. Certainly not behaviour for someone under the hippocratic oath. I was given the consent form to read and sign AFTER the anaesthetic was administered, which isn't even legal. My wisdom teeth were removed in tact but he didn't bother to stitch the holes up, I thought it might heal on it's own so I left it for a week. I went to my own dentist this morning and he couldn't believe the state I’d been sent away in. I had to have further incisions made, go through anaesthetics again, to fix the damage he’d caused, in addition to having the stitches put in. Madly unprofessional, the surgeon was mocking me throughout the procedure, insulting me in remarks to his assistant, clearly savouring my inability to speak up for myself in my compromised condition. The lead female dentist is wonderful, but why she has any regard for the man she referred me to is beyond me. The orthodontic surgeon is not to be trusted, at the very least not unsupervised. He is an insult to the medical profession, an embarrassment to Turkish physicians and should not be allowed to practice. NB: I’m increasingly confident that this clinic has nothing to do with the esteemed Ahu private hospital, despite the resemblance in name. If you’re trusting the Ahu Ozel brand as I had done, (a forgivable mistake under the influence of hard core pain relief), I suggest you contact the hospital directly as they appear to have an in house dental team. The hospital hasn't responded to my query yet but the evidence is abundant.
