Rivayete göre Hammer, Seyit Battal Gazi ile bir güreş tutmuş ve yenilince Müslüman olmuş ve Seyit Battal Gazi' nin yanında savaşmıştır. Müslüman olduktan sonra Ahmet Turani adını almıştır. Bir rivayete göre Afyon kuşatmasında burada şehit olmuş ve buraya defnedilmiştir. Allah kendisine ve tüm Şehitlerimize RAHMET EYLESİN. It is a beautiful mausoleum at the foot of Afyon Castle, opposite the Ulu Mosque. The name of this buried person before becoming a Muslim is HAMMER. According to the legend, Hammer wrestled with Seyit Battal Gazi and became a Muslim when he was defeated and fought alongside Seyit Battal Gazi. After becoming a Muslim, he took the name Ahmet Turani. According to a rumor, he was martyred here during the siege of Afyon and was buried here. May Allah have mercy on Him and all our martyrs.
