Yıkık olan caminin mihrabıve minaresinin kaide kısmımevcuttur. Kesme taşlardan yapılan mihrap sade bir niş şeklindedir. Minare kuzeyde camiye bitişik fakat camiden tamamen ayrı olarak inşa edilmiştir.
Osmanlı devrinin ilk sancak beylerinden Ahmet Bey tarafından yaptırıldığından, ilk Osmanlı devri eseri olduğu için önemlidir.
It is located on the right at the entrance to Harput from the mountain gate. The mosque has been completely destroyed. Its altar and the base part of its minaret remained.
There is a pedestal part of the mihrab and minaret of the collapsed mosque. The mihrab made of cut stones is in the form of a simple niche. The minaret was built adjacent to the mosque in the north but completely separate from the mosque.
It is important because it was built by Ahmet Bey, one of the first sancak beys of the Ottoman period, and it is the first Ottoman period work.
