The renovated minaret rises adjacent to the wall in the northwest of the mosque. Its square base is stone, its cylindrical body is brick and it has a single balcony. The wooden flat cover system inside is carried by 12 wooden columns that are painted on today. The columns are not placed at regular intervals. Marble column capitals are Corinthian and Doric type spolia from the Roman Period. Inside the mosque, there is a lower floor extending up to the first row of columns, and an upper floor mahfil extending to the second row of columns in the north. The plain entrance door is on the east side. There is another door, which is closed today, in three mahfils in the north. The wooden pulpit exhibits a beautiful craftsmanship. It is understood from the pulpit inscription that the mosque was renovated in 1413, that its patron was Elvan O Bin Mecduddin İsa, and that the pulpit was made by master Mehmet Bin Beyazit from Harput.
