★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar müşterisine kötü muamele eden bir firma görmedim. Kuryeyi kırk kere aradım ne açıyor ne de dönüyor. Şaka gibiler. Telefonla 2 dakika görüşsek aslında ona yardımcı olacağım. Şubeden alayım diyeceğim ama maalesef bunu anlamayacak kadar kurumsallaşamadıkları anlaşılıyor.
 I have never seen a company that treats its customers so badly. I called the courier forty times, it neither picks up nor returns. They're like jokes. If we talk on the phone for 2 minutes, I will actually help him. I would say to get it from the branch, but unfortunately it seems that they are not institutionalized enough to understand this.
