★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kurye yanlis adrese gitti arama zahmetinde bulunmadi. Kargom olsa kesinlikle bu kargoyu secmem. musteri hizmetleri surekli yogun yapabileceginiz kadar is alin, ama duzgun yapin.
The courier went to the wrong address and did not bother to call. If I have a cargo, I would definitely not choose this cargo. Customer service is always busy. Get as much work as you can, but do it properly.

I thought it was the worst courier company I've ever seen in my life, Sürat Kargo, but AGT was the courier. AGT's customer service is not helpful anyway, you can't understand what the couriers are saying when they are rude. Don't order anything with this courier company, it's hard in 2 months!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok yavaş ve rezil bir firma. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. İlanda Trendyol express yazıyordu ama ürünu sipariş verdikten sonra kargo tekipte AGT Kurye olduğunu gördüm. Nasıl bir firma olduğunu bilmediğim için siparişi iptal etmedim. Keşke etseymisim. Teslimat tarihi 31 Aralık yazıyordu ama şimdi 4 Ocak yazıyor. Şube iletişim bilgileri yok. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradım 25 dk boyunca telefonu açan yok. Sinirlenip telefonu kapattım.
A very slow and pathetic company. I definitely do not recommend. Trendyol express was written in the ad, but after ordering the product, I saw that there was AGT Courier in the cargo tracking. I didn't cancel the order because I don't know what kind of company it is. I wish I had. The delivery date used to be December 31st but now it says January 4th. Branch contact information is not available. I called customer service and no one answered the phone for 25 minutes. I got angry and hung up the phone.
