★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not 5 star. Away from the noise, comfortable and very clean. Tired around the edges. Could be noisy in high season with the bar and pool within 50 metres of all accomodation. Our room on the ground floor had a view of the hedges surrounding the property.Meals in the restaurant good and competitively priced.
Lots of recliners around the pool but with a full hotel these could be in high demand.
Bus to Bodrum 200 metres away, 3.25 liras for any journey. Gumbet beach and restaurants 5 - 10 minutes walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel in a quiet area of the resort. Ten minute walk to beach. Restaurants start around five minutes walk away. Carrefor and Sok mini supermarkets are within a few minutes walk. Staff work tirelessly and are attentive and friendly. In particular Nihat who has an uncanny ability to remember guests names. Food was excellent and very good value. Drinks were also very competitively priced. The pool is large and well kept. Our room was very comfortable. No complaints from a two week stay and we would likely choose the Agar again if we found ourselves coming back to Gumbet. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely apartment, clean and spacious. Good amenities, fantastic staff who were friendly and helpful. Onsite food very good and well priced. For those who are self catering there are a couple of supermarkets close by. Would definitely recommend for a stay if you want a holiday in Gumbet. Great location . Only drawbacks are that you have to pay extra for the air conditioning and the safes are in the reception area.
