Eğer kiracı veya ev sahibi olacaksanız 14. bloktan uzak durun zira medeniyetten yoksun hala köy hayatı yaşadığını sanan insan ve insan evlatlarının sesini gece 12 ye kadar 3 blok öteden duyup rahatsız olmanız mümkün. Apartmanda yaşama kültürünü öğrenmeden doğu kesiminden buraya neden göç ederler anlamış değilim.
It is a site where the cultured people decrease and the suburbs increase. If you are going to be a tenant or a house owner, stay away from the 14th block, because it is possible to hear the voice of people and human children who think they are still living in the village life without civilization from 3 blocks away until 12 at night. I don't understand why they migrate here from the eastern part without learning the culture of living in an apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geniş ,ferah güzel bir site.Daireler 2+1 ,pek büyük değil.Hemen hemen her binanın kamelyası var.Sakinler mutlu,ortam huzurlu.Binalar yeni ısı yalıtımı yaptırıldı.Çatılar onarıldı. Bana kalırsa tek problem binalarda asansör olmaması.1 ve 2 nci katta oturanların umrunda değil.Benim mi?
It is a large, spacious and beautiful site. The apartments are 2+1, not very big. Almost every building has a camellia. The residents are happy, the environment is peaceful. The buildings have been newly insulated. Roofs have been repaired. I think the only problem is that there is no elevator in the buildings. The people living on the 1st and 2nd floors don't care. Is it me?

One of the classical sites of Batıkent, Batıkent is beautiful, what can we say, it is close to the metro, the bus, the school, everywhere in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much of a secular residence in Batıkent with settlements from 1980s. Not much to see but great for living. Compared to İstanbul, life costs are considerably low and the lands and common areas are not commodified. Best for people seeking for calmer areas and modest life style in a safe neighbourhood. Residents are in general belong to middle class which has been disappearing under regulations of neoliberal economy. So you might have a glance at it.
