I called a million times to make an appointment, they didn't pick up, when I called on the phone at first, they hung up on me, as if it's ridiculous, why is it so hard to just make an appointment and get an examination, let's get examined without an appointment.

The emergency department is completely troubled. The doctors at the head of the students Laylay Lök are worse than them. We are kept waiting for 4 hours for a stomachache. Aside from their incompetence, they do not even come to the patient and ask about his condition. The chief physician of this hospital does not take care of this.

There cannot be such a hospital, the secretaries of the eye hospital scold those who come and send them, they are incapable of responding, especially the brunette woman, whose name I do not know, who sits in the first place, may you find your way, insha'Allah. Doctors are more polite and respectful than secretaries, and their workload is more intense.

DISGRACE. When we went to the obstetrics department, we paid the examination fee and started to wait. They could not fix the broken ultrasound and kept people there without informing them. When we went to collect the fee for the service we could not receive, they said that they could not give it to the doctor.

It makes people sad that there are so many different applications in a Unt Hospital. In general, those who are satisfied with one department are not very satisfied with the other, for example, I received treatment in cardiology and cardiovascular services, and I would like to thank the esteemed teacher Necip for their humane approach, Fehim Can Sevil, teacher Mehmet Tort and all the staff for enlightening us on every issue. I would like to thank İbrahim Ethem from Cardiology and his team and all the service personnel. But not all people are the same because of their nature, not because of the division. There is a huge problem with not being able to get an appointment from the hospital by studying. They should treat people with a little more respect for better service in other departments and services, and development lessons should be given for them. Yes, it is not easy to be a doctor, and it is not easy to listen to the problems of hundreds of people every day. Your smiling face and sincere behavior will suffice. If there is a problem in your hospital, we will tell you as human beings, you just have to make an effort to fix it. There is much that needs to be written, but the one who understands understands. We would like to thank KVC and CARDIOLOGY services again and again, may Allah help our doctors to increase their knowledge. I hope more good things will be written here. Regardless of whether the stars given are effective or not, we respect that everyone has stated their best here, but no one gives the right to show careless behavior to us, neither the doctor nor the relatives of the patient, as it hurts..
