★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kokoreç soğuk servis edildi, yerken ağzımızda dondu, çay var mı dediğimizde de var ama veremeyiz dediler. Sebebiyle sabah ki çay olmasıymış. Böyle bir esnaf zihniyeti olabilir mi ?. Sanki bize iyilik yapmış gibi bahsediyor konudan. Gitmeyin, giderseniz de çay taze mi sorun mutlaka ?
Kokoreç was served cold, it froze in our mouth while eating it, when we asked if there was tea, they said it is available but we cannot give it. The reason was that it was tea in the morning. Could there be such a tradesman mentality ?. He talks about it as if he did us a favor. Do not go, if you go, ask if the tea is fresh ?

It's a place I went for the first time, but its cold cuts were delicious. I congratulate you on a place in a side street, I recommend it.

İşini severek yapan sanatkar bir usta. Malum bilir bilmez işini eleştirenleri sanatkarlar sevmez, lafı gediğine koyarlar. Bu ustamız da ünlü olmak, çok para kazanmak gibi bir hırsı hiç yok. 40 yıl İzmir geçmişi olan birisi olarak özellikle kelle söğüşü beğendim. Resimleri ekledim, itinayı göreceksiniz. Bu gizli lezzet mekanlarına sahip çıkalım; zira sayıları giderek azalıyor.

Emrah is a brave and competent entrepreneur who opened a business during the pandemic. He successfully makes the sleepy skewers and Izmir style head cuts, which are not available in Afyon.
He is an artistic master who loves his job. Artists do not like those who ignorantly criticize their work. This master also has no ambition to be famous or make a lot of money. As someone with 40 years of Izmir background, I especially liked the head chop. I have attached the pictures, you will see the care. Let's protect these secret taste places; because their numbers are dwindling.
