We stayed as a family, my mother, myself, my wife and my children. We liked the food very much, the variety is less but really delicious....very clean, the staff is friendly, solution-oriented, there is a playground for the children at the entrance, it was very useful for us, but the pool for the children It's not a problem, it's not enough for adults, but the children couldn't enter the thermal pool because it was hot, they weren't in the normal pool, they played on the floor at the entrance... I liked the hotel very much, it's very new and clean... The staff is also friendly... We will come again, the price was reasonable. We were not disturbed by the players.

We did not see the breakfast because it ends at 9:30. If you want tea at dinner, they make you sign an exytaymış kaat. There is no such thing as tea, instant coffee, water in the rooms, extra is required, whenever you want, they bring pen and paper and have them signed. The pool is 40 m2, which is too small for such a hotel. Room windows and detail cleaning are not good, there are stains on the seats. There is no hygiene. They give one room card, and you can enter the room by communicating with two people. If you calculate the tea and water costs, it will be more expensive than other quality hotels. I will not stay again.

Everything was great at the hotel where we stayed in the futsal group competitions held between 10-13 February as Manisa Sports High School. Cleanliness and food quality was superb. I would recommend it to everyone. We will come again this week. We would like to thank the staff of AFBEL, especially Mrs. Eda and Mr. Tayfun in charge.

Before coming here, first consider that Afyonspor football and basketball teams stay here. There are football player friends who look as if they are seeing people for the first time. My friend got bullied by the scrubber because of the swimsuit he was wearing, but luckily he got his share. There is constant eye harassment, especially by the football team. Even while we were eating, we were made fun of by constantly looking at us. A friend of mine was constantly mocked for being a little different. Enes Karakaya, who was serving at the bar, and a few football players laughed at my friend by pointing their fingers. I think they had a lot of fun with us being there. The reception staff are definitely working at gunpoint, otherwise there can be no other explanation for their behavior. Apart from these negativities, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the spa side is clean and sufficient. In general, except for a few, the staff is good and caring. It is an accommodation facility that can be preferred in terms of price performance.

We stayed for 4 days by taking 2 rooms. Pros; The food is really delicious. Breakfast is Sufficient and Everything is Fresh, Foods are not Transferred from Other Meals. Hotel cleanliness and hygiene is very good. I can say that the staff are friendly. Cons; Except for Breakfast and Dinner, even water is paid. They do not deviate the hours by a millimeter, everything is closed in a minute. Small Water 4TL, Tea 5TL, Prices Close to Airport Schedule! At least a dispenser and a tea machine could have been put in and could have been offered free of charge. If you are traveling with children, add an extra 100tl to the drinks daily outside the room. On the other hand, the thermal pool is extremely small, roughly 5m×5m in size, and it is very difficult to stand still for 5 minutes in an extremely hot water temperature of 45 degrees. I went for the first time 2 years ago. My coat was stolen. It ended in safety.. When I went 2 days ago, the attendant only stated that the pool was a little warm and other places were hot. But even though we only turned on the hot water, the ice cold water was flowing. We couldn't even warm up in the sauna and steam room. We said we wanted a cup of tea, we forgot, and they brought it 45 minutes later, taking the money in advance. The electricity went out and we were in the dark. Let's face it, we pay 75 TL per person for a service beyond disgusting. Should we burn with the gasoline we burned. Should we go to the hammam to get angry at the disrespectful, cocky behavior of the employees and burn ourselves out of the cold? It was very absurd for a place run by the municipality to be so expensive and the staff so mediocre. They even turned the key to the closet into an event. When we said we left it on the locker and you can get it from there, we got the answer that you will go and fetch it as a fait accompli or you will pay another 25 TL. I would not recommend Asssla to anyone. They want a difference of 10 TL between card and cash payment. As someone from Afyon, I don't think I will go again. . They kept quiet with a sarcastic smile when we pointed out all our complaints on the way out. Just as they are not in any effort to redress the slightest grievance, they say that we should have tea as well. We paid for the treat without drinking it anyway. We said are you kidding and left. .
