 I reported a problem for our washing machine with Telafon. HE IS. I talked to the gentleman. We come to an average service immediately, we charge the service fee and so on. The gentleman described what I should do, I did and I saw that there was no problem. Thank you so much. Good thing you are there ....

Makinamı bana tek tek açıkladı. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Makinamı çalıştırdım gayet güzel yıkadı. İç dizaynı özellikle üst kısım biraz canımı sıktı bardaklar devriliyor. Bunun dışında gayet iyi bir ürün. Bence yinede 5 yıldızı hakediyor.

It is an honest company that is really competent. He explained my machine to me one by one. Thank you very much to them. I started my machine and washed it very well. The interior design was a bit annoyed, especially the upper part, the glasses are falling over. Other than that, it is a very good product. I think it still deserves 5 stars.

The Elctrolux vacuum has no parts. Not in Turkey. It is said to come from Germany. It is not clear when. When choosing Electrolux brand, keep in mind the service and parts issue.
