★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASLA ÖNERMİYORUM, yaz ayında ÖZGEN adındaki emlakçıdan 4 aylığına eşyalı ev tutmuştuk, bir ay önceden tutup kiramızı ve depozitomuzu tam vaktinde ödememize rağmen, evi de temizleyip bıraktık fakat en son ayın elektrik faturasını kesip depozitonun kalanını ibanla atıcağını söyleyen özgen adındaki emlakçı 10.aydan 3.aya kadar depozitoyu geri vermemiştir. Kesinlikle ÖNERMİYORUM ASLA ASLA!!!
I NEVER RECOMMEND, we rented a furnished house for 4 months from a real estate agent named ÖZGEN in the summer. Even though we paid our rent and deposit on time, we kept the house a month in advance, but we cleaned the house and left, but the real estate agent named Özgen said that he would pay the last month's electricity bill and throw the rest of the deposit with the mortgage. Didn't give back the deposit until the month. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND NEVER EVER!!!
